Our corporate social responsibility
Anyone who is successful also has social obligations - we stand by this. As one of the largest employers and training providers in Northwestern Switzerland, we are committed to our employees, but at the same time we also take our responsibility to society seriously. This includes issues such as promoting young talent, diversity and sustainability, which are very close to our hearts.
We also see our commitment to Africa as an integral part of our corporate responsibility: the University Hospital has been active in various projects in Africa for many years as part of its corporate social responsibility. Together with partner institutions, we work with various hospitals and institutions in Africa as part of CSR at the USB and work together to improve conditions in the healthcare system there.
