From doctors and craftsmen to physiotherapists and chefs: At our hospital, 35 different professional groups work hand in hand every day for the well-being of our patients.
At over 40 clinics and outpatient clinics, our employees work interprofessionally under one roof to ensure the best treatment and the smooth functioning of all processes in our hospital.
In order to provide the best possible care, many professional groups need to work together - only then will the overall result be right for each and every individual. Thinking outside the (professional) box is not only allowed, but encouraged: this is the only way we can create suitable solution strategies for the most modern requirements. All this makes us part of an innovative and future-oriented transfer of knowledge at the highest level, from which not only patients but also you as an employee of the University Hospital Basel benefit.
